The content on infiniteimmigration.ca is provided for general information and is not legal advice. Canadian immigration policy changes frequently. Nothing on this site — including the free CRS assessment, insights articles, or FAQ — creates a consultant-client relationship. A formal engagement begins only when you sign a written retainer with the firm.
RCIC status
Infinite Immigration Canada operates under the supervision of a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Only a licensed representative may charge a fee to advise on or represent you before IRCC.
Accuracy
We take care to keep information current — key pages carry a "last verified" date — but do not guarantee accuracy or completeness. Always confirm program details against official IRCC sources or in a consultation before acting.
Bookings and consultations
Booking a consultation through this site reserves a time slot only. It does not guarantee representation, an outcome, or an offer of service. We may decline files that fall outside our practice areas or that raise conflicts of interest.
Intellectual property
All content — copy, articles, brand marks — is owned by Infinite Immigration Canada unless credited otherwise. You may share links and short quotations with attribution, but may not republish full articles without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on general information from this site. Once you retain us formally, our engagement is governed by the retainer you sign and by the CICC Code of Professional Conduct.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
