Infinite Immigration Canada ("we", "our", "the firm") is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) practice. Protecting the personal information you share with us is central to how we work. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) Code of Professional Conduct.

Information we collect

To assess eligibility and file applications, we may collect: your name, date of birth, citizenship and residency status, contact details, education and work history, language test results, family information, travel history, biometrics identifiers when required by IRCC, and copies of supporting documents (passports, diplomas, employment letters, police clearances, medical exams).

Website visitors may also have limited technical data collected — pages viewed, browser type, and general location — through basic analytics.

How we use it

  • To evaluate your eligibility and prepare submissions to IRCC, CBSA, IRB, or provincial nominee programs.
  • To communicate with you about your file, schedule appointments, and issue invoices.
  • To meet retention and reporting duties owed to the CICC and to defend against complaints or audits.
  • To send you occasional updates you have opted in to receive.

We never sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing purposes without your consent.

How we store and protect it

Client files are held in access-controlled systems located in Canada or in jurisdictions with equivalent protection. Only the RCIC assigned to your file and authorized support staff can access it. Files are retained for the period required by the CICC (currently six years after file closure) and are then securely destroyed.

Sharing with third parties

We share personal information only when necessary: with Canadian immigration authorities on your behalf, with translators or medical panel physicians you retain, and with payment processors for invoices. We require every provider to safeguard your information to our standards.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or withdraw consent for future use (subject to the terms of any retainer in force). Contact us at info@infiniteimmigration.ca.
