Complaints
If you believe our service has fallen short, we want to know — and you have a clear route to a regulator that oversees us.
Step 1 — Raise it with us directly
Email your case manager, or write to us at complaints@infiniteimmigration.ca. We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 15 business days.
Step 2 — Escalate to the RCIC in charge
If your case manager cannot resolve the issue, it is escalated to the supervising Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. (RCIC name TODO — replace with real name once provided.)
Step 3 — File with the CICC
You may file a complaint at any time with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), the federal regulator for RCICs. You do not need to go through steps 1 and 2 first.
CICC — Complaints and discipline
The College is independent of our practice and reviews every complaint. Providing documentation strengthens their review.
Our licensing
Infinite Immigration Canada is led by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in good standing with the CICC. (RCIC name and CICC licence number TODO — replace once provided.)
